Effective and efficient management of post-disaster damage loss data is a key component disaster risk reduction climate change adaptation policies to fulfil the requirements Sendai Framework, Sustainable Development Goals, more recently, European Climate Law. However, reality organized structured collection still in its infancy. In era rapid technological improvements, with overwhelming volumes channels data, we record lack basic figures losses at scale, granularity level detail needed for most applications.
